Design Team Leader for the 7-Level, 1,915 - car, 180' x 434', 3-Bay Parking Structure @ 277 gross S.F./Car with cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete and precast concrete spandrels with an artwall and brick facing at the Charleston Street Entrance to Fleet Activities and along the exterior perimeter fencing posts and spandrels to the 2nd Parking Level.

NGJ was Team Leader, Principal Parking Structure Designer & Structural Engineer for the Parking Facility.   NGJ services included a complete IV Phase Parametric Estimating & Programming (PEP) Study Reports; Final Functional Design; Structural & Architectural Design Production; Cost Estimating; plus Management and Coordination of Mechanical/ Electrical, Civil (Architectural) & Geotechnical consultants.  NGJ services also included On-Site Representative Services during critical stages of construction.

NGJ received an "Excellent" Rating from EFA/NW for the Outstanding Structural & Functional Design resulting in a high quality, low maintenance Parking Facility with an efficient layout.
