NGJ was selected by Diamond Parking, Inc. as the Prime Designer to provide Consulting Engineering services for the Parking Lot Development at the University of Washington’s Tacoma Campus.

 

Work consisted of the following:

 1.         Design of Parking Lots SE-1, SE-2 & NW-2.

 2.         Contractor Selection.

 3.         Cost Estimate Review.

 4.         Construction Phase Services.

 5.         Project Representative Services.
